6-8 medium potatos, peeled and sliced, diced
8 oz carrots, diced
8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
2 thick slices bacon, chopped
5 t dehydrated celery
1 meduim onion, chopped
1 t MSG
1 t granulated garlic
6 T butter
6 T all purpose flour
1 1/2 C milk
2 T JGM mix...This is my concoction; see Recipe
1 1/2 cups milk

Cook diced potatos until very tender. Drain and retain broth.
Saute the onion in 2 T butter until tender. Add chopped imitation crab
meat. Add chopped carrots. Stir in 1 T JGM mix, MSG, granulated garlic.
Fry bacon and add to sauteed mixture; set aside.
In stock pot, add 1 1/2 C of above broth and 1 1/2 C milk. Slowly
stir in flour at very slow boil. Add remaining butter (4 T).
Continue to simmer mixture, stirring until creamy smooth.
Add cooked potatoes and sauteed mixture, stirring all well. Add
additional broth (use water if required) to bring to desired
consistency. Bring to slow boil, then simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Stir frequently. It will most certainly stick/burn.
