1 part Everglades seasoning (regular, not hot) *
1/8 part black pepper
1/8 part garlic powder
1/8 part allspice
1/8 part oregano
1/8 part MSG (optional)
1/32 part coriander
1/32 part dry mustard
1/32 part white pepper
1/32 part majoram

JGM Mix #4...
-------------
16 ounces Everglades seasoning *
8 ounces Everglades Heat seasoning *
24 ounces salt  
2 T black pepper
2 T garlic powder
1 T allspice
2 T oregano
2 T MSG (optional)
1 T powdered onion
1 t coriander
1 t dry mustard
1 t thyme
1 t white pepper
1 t majoram

JGM Mix #4+...
-------------
Same as #4 but uses kosher salt and coarse ground
black pepper.

JGM Mix - K ("K" for "Kick"!)

8 ounces Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
