Hot Wings....Source: Jim Mixson

Uncooked fryer wings
Olive Oil
JGM Mix...This is my concoction; see Recipe
Crystal Hot Sauce

Coat the wings with olive oil and season with JGM Mix.
Let sit for 1-2 hours.
Deep fry wings starting at 350° F to desired crispness (they'll 
begin to float). Careful...it's easy to overflow the hot oil.
Drain into large bowl and coat well with Crystal Hot Sauce.
