Crab And Shrimp Linquine With White Sauce...Source: Jim Mixson
Significantly modified from a web recipe.

8 oz cooked shrimp, tails off, chopped
8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped (real if you can afford it!)
1 1/2 C chopped onion
1 1/2 C milk, warm
1/2 C frozen green peas, thawed
1/2 C chopped bell pepper, green or colored
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T butter
2 T all purpose flour
2 T lemon juice
8 oz linquine, uncooked
Grated parmesan cheese
Old Bay seasoning
JGM Mix 4+ (This is my concoction; see the recipe.)
(or salt and pepper)

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan; saute onions & garlic mixture
Add green pea and pepper mixture cooking for about a minute
Sprinkle in flour and mix in well
Add warm milk and stir in; continue stirring until mixture thickens
Mix crab and shrimp and add to the cooking mixture
Season mixture to taste
Allow to cook for about a minute (don't over do as shrimp will get tough)
Cook linquine and add, mixing in well
Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.
