JGM's Turkey Rub/Seasoning...Source: Jim Mixson

3 parts salt
1 part  black pepper
2 parts poultry seasoning
2 parts Everglades seasoning

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Coat turkey with olive oil and apply rub mix liberally.
