Tex Mex Dip...Source: JoAnn Mixson

3 medium ripe avocados
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 C sour cream
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 package dry taco seasoning
16 ounce can of refried beans
1/2 C chopped green onions
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
6 ounce can of pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
8 ounces of sharp cheese, grated

Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Spread beans on platter and top with the avocado mixture,
 then the sour cream.
Sprinkle on onion, tomato and olives.
Cover with cheese.
