Tacos....Source: Jim Mixson
1 1/2 # hamburger, browned
1 C water
2/3 cup taco seasoning
Season the hamburger with desired seasoning...salt & pepper, JGM mix, etc.
Brown the hamburger in olive oil.
Stir in the water and taco seasoning.
"Stew and stir" the mixture for about 5 minutes. More if necessary to
thicken.
Crisp taco shells in oven for 4-5 minutes at 375 °F
Serve with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, onions and taco sauce.
Variations, to the hamburger mix add one or more of:
Chili powder (not much)
Salsa
Taco seasoning
