Sweet Biscuits...Source: Jim Mixson

2 1/4 C Bisquick
1/3 C evaporated milk
1/3 C water
4 T brown sugar (modified from 3 1/3 T on 1 Apr 2000)
1 t cinnamon

Mix all dry ingredients well.
Add milk/water mixture and work in.
Cover work surface with flour and knead mixture by hand.
Form into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, then press flat with the
palm to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. (Thicker will result in a more
cack like biscuit; thinner will result in a more crisp cookie like biscuit.)
Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 450 °F for about 12-15 minutes
('til light brown). Serve hot with butter/margerine spread.
