Meat Loaf...Source: Jim Mixson

** Loaf **
2 1/2 to 3 # hamburger and pork sausage mixed
1 C finely chopped toast/bread crumbs
1 1/2 C chopped onion
3 t JGM mix...This is my concoction; see Recipe (or use salt/pepper to taste)
1 t rubbed sage (halve or eliminate if extra sage sausage is used)
2 T parsley
3 eggs, beaten
2 t worcestershire sauce
1 t oregano
1/2 C tomato juice (use condensed tomato soup for more richness)

** Sauce **
3 T brown sugar
2 t dry mustard
1/2 C ketchup

Thoroughly mix beef and pork.  Thoroughly mix all other dry loaf 
ingredients. Thoroughly mix eggs and tomato juice.
Add liguid mix to dry mix, and resulting mixture to loaf mix.  
Mix thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan for 1 1/4 hours at 350 °F.
After 1 1/4 hours, remove fat and cover with sauce mixture.  
Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Cool and slice.  
Serve with the remaining sauce.
