Hot! Hot! Hot! Barbecue Sauce #2...Source: Jim Mixson

4 C ketchup
1 C oil
2 C vinegar
1/4 C Texas Pete (or Louisana Hot Sauce)
1/4 C honey
1/4 C molasses
1/4 C liquid smoke
3 T chinese red pepper (THIS STUFF IS HOT!)
1 T black pepper
2 C fresh finely chopped onion
3 T dry minced onion
1 T garlic powder
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 t MSG
2 T Real Lemon juice
2 T brown sugar (more for a sweeter sauce)

Mix all above and heat to boil while stirring.
