Grandma Ruebman's Jello Dessert...Source: Evelyn Ruebman

2 pks cherry Jello
1 pack mini marshmellows
1 -20 oz.can crushed pinapples with Juice
cool whip

Mix Jello as directed on package. Refregerate/let it jell fully. In large bowl mix marshmellows and pineapples. Keep on the counter for several hours so marshmellows get really soft. When Jello hardens cut into small pieces;mix and add cool whip. Use about 1/2 tub. This can be eaten as is or frozen. You can use substitutes for the pineapple...strawberries or raspberries instead. You still need juice and you must allow marsh mellows to absorb the juice. This is a recipe I've not made personally...but I've sure enjoyed it!!
