German Wraps....Source: Jim Mixson

1/2 # smoked ham, diced
1/2 # bacon, chopped
1 meduim onion, chopped
4 T butter
2 C sour cabbage (strained saurkraut)
6 flour tortillas, 10 inch
olive oil

Saute the bacon in its own fat, then add olive oil and butter.  
Saute onion in this mixture, then add ham and saute slightly.
Add cabbage and bring to a boil, about 5 minutes.  Add a bit 
of the saurkraut juice if needed.  Keep well stirred.
Spoon onto tortilla, wrap and place on cookie sheet.
Put in 325 °F oven for about 12 minutes.
