Here's the Brunswick Stew Recipe. I added the note I put in my cookbook
with my Mom's recipe to explain what a Zoop of catsup is Enjoy!!

Brunswick Stew
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans butterbeans
2 cans chicken or 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken
2 cans cream style corn
2 small potatoes cooked and diced
2 zoops catsup
Bacon, Fried and crumbled **

**Chopped BBQ can be substituted for the Bacon.

Boil tomatoes to mush. Add rest of ingredients and cook over medium heat
stirring to keep them from sticking. Add salt, pepper and a dash of sugar.

A "zoop" of catsup is when you take the bottle of catsup, hold it over the
pot - shake and squeeze the bottle and say "zoop". Mom had given this recipe
to my brother Alan, when he was in college. My Mom and Dad could only imagine
Alan and his roommates trying to make the stew and figure out how to measure
a "zoop" of catsup.
