Shrimp & Broccoli & Fettucini With Garlic And Onion...Source: Jim Mixson
Note: An original Kraft Foods recipe was drastically modified for this one.

1/2 pound uncooked fettucine
2 C broccli (I first used 1 1/2...not enough)
1 pound shrimp, cooked & de-veined
3 minced and smashed garlic cloves
1 tub (10 oz) Philadelphia Savory Lemon & Herb Cooking Creme
1/4 C milk
1 can diced tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
Olive oil
Old Bay Seasoning
1 T butter
1/4 C chopped onion

Liberally coat the shrimp with olive oil and liberally season with the Old Bay
Prepare the pasta according to packaging instructions, but w/o salt
Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes of cooking time
Drain; Keep warm
Sauté the onion & garlic in a large skillet (non-stick)
Stir in the shrimp; assure they are heated through
Add the cooking creme and milk; cook and stir for a couple of minutes
Add the pasta to the mix, mix it in, then top with the tomatoes

Serving may be as is or with a green salad.
Recommended with serving with a crusty bread loaf. Ciabatta is great.
