Kielbasa 'N Kraut....
Source: Jim Mixson

This recipe serves two and scales upward well.
And, it's simple.

3 links (8 oz.) Polska Kielbasa (Hillshire Farms)
1 1/2 C sauerkraut (Silver Floss)
1 # (maybe 1 1/4 #) peeled potatoes, cubed
1/2 C milk
4 T butter
Salt & JGM Mix (my concoction) to taste.
See the recipe for JGM mix.
(Use salt & pepper if desired.)

Cover potatoes with water, add salt, bring to a boil.
Cook until tender/soft.
Hold potatoes in their water while preparing kielbasa.
With a table top grill, grill the kielbasa on all sides.
When almost complete, push the kielbasa to one side and
dump the sauerkraut
next to it. Spread it out and re-spread ever few seconds
while heating.
Add the butter to the milk and heat in a microwave.
While the sauerkraut above is heating, add the milk/butter
mixture to the
potatoes with a bit of JGM mix to taste and mash well.
Serve with additional butter or margerine (like Country
Crock) for the potatoes.
Enjoy!

This is a fairly obvious recipe (i.e., no real invention)
but it seems many people just don't think about it.
