Horseradish Sauce...
Source: Jim Mixson (Modified from a recipe from Food Network)

1/3 C plus mayonnaise
1/3 C plus sour cream
1/8 C plus 5 T horseradish (plus)
1/2 t lemon juice
1 t salt
ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Mix well
