Shrimp-Pepper-Argula-Linguine...Source: Original, unknown.

15-20 oz. argula
16 oz, linguina (cooked per package)
3 garlic cloves, smashed
1/2 C banana peppers, chopped
3/4 C white wine
1 pound cooked shrimp (detailed, seasoned with Old Bay)
Seasoning as desired...Old Bay, JGM Mix (my concoction). See link.
1-2 t sugar
Olive oil
Butter
Granulated onion

Wilt argula in olive oil and butter mixture, sprinkling with sugar
Saute pepper and garlic in olive oil and butter
Add shrimp then argula then pasta
Sprinkle with JGM mix and granulated onion

Serve with grated parmesan cheese and/or crumbled blue cheese as a topping.
Serves 6.
