Country Pork w/Sauce...Source: Jim Mixson

The Sauce...
2 C Honey Dijon BBQ Sauce (Trailblazer, or similar)
1 C King's BBQ Sauce
1 TB Powdered garlic
1 TB MSG
2 TB Chopped onion
2 TB Brown sugar
1/2 C catsup

Mix all above ingredients in a sauce pan.  Bring to low boil
while stirring.

The meat...
Place about 1 1/2 pounds of boneless pork ribs (country pork)
in an oven proof dish.  Pour above sauce over the pork to cover.
Cover dish with plastic wrap.  Microwave over medium heat for
about 30 minutes or until pork is well done.

Variations...
1. Smoke the pork prior to preparing as above.
2. Add 1 t liquid smoke (hickory or mesquite) to sauce mixture.
