JGM's Turkey Rub...Source: Jim Mixson



This is my concoction, consisting of the following:

3 parts salt              

2 parts Everglades seasoning (regular, not hot) *

        For a less spicy mix, use 1 part regular and 1 part Everglades Heat *

1 part black pepper

2 parts poultry seasoning



Mix all ingredients thouroughly.

Coat turkey with olive oil and apply rub liberally.
