Tomato-Crab-Corn Soup...Source: Jim Mixson



8 oz imitation crab meat

15 1/4 oz can whole kernal corn

10 3/4 oz can condensed tomato soup

1 t Mesquite or hickory smoke flavor

2 T finely chopped onion

2 T finely chopped tomato

1 T finely chopped red (or green) pepper

1 1/2 T butter

Salt & pepper or JGM mix #4 (see my recipe for this)

1 C more or less water



In a sauce pan, bring the crab, tomato soup, corn and smoke flavor

to a VERY low boil. Meanwhile, sautee the onion, tomato and 

pepper in the butter. (Begin with the onion, then add the tomato

and pepper.)

Add the sauteed mixture to the base. Season to taste with salt 

and pepper or JGM Mix #4. 

Add more or less water to get desired consistency.

Boil for a few minutes to allow flavors to permeate the mixture.
