JGM's Poultry Rub/Seasoning...Source: Jim Mixson

1 part salt              
2 parts Everglades Seasoning (regular, not hot). *
	Obviously, for a spicy seasoning, use Everglades Heat.  *
1 part black pepper
2 parts poultry seasoning

Alternatively, use 1 part JGM mix (see recipe) and 1 part poultry seasoning.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Coat poultry with olive oil and sprinkle/rub
generously with the mix.
