Barbecue Sauce #1...Source: Jim Mixson 4 C ketchup 1 C oil 1 C vinegar 1/4 C Texas Pete (or Louisana Hot Sauce) 1/4 C honey 1/4 C molasses 3 T chinese red pepper (THIS STUFF IS HOT!) 1 T black pepper 1 1/2 C fresh finely chopped onion 3 T dry minced onion 1 T garlic powder 2 T brown sugar (more for a sweeter sauce) Mix all above and heat to boil while stirring.
