Cole Slaw (small recipe)...Source: Jim Mixson 3# cabbage, shredded 1C grated carrots 1C finely chopped onion 3/4C milk plus 1/2C vinegar 3T vinegar, white or apple cider 1T sugar 1/4t white pepper 1t black pepper 1t salt 3/4C mayonnaise 1. Toss the cabbage, carrot and onion together into a homogenous mixture. 2. Mix remaining ingredients well and add to the cabbage/carrot/onion mixture. 3. Mix all well, chill and serve. 4. Will serve about 20.
