Broiled Salmon With Cooking Creme...Source: Jim Mixson 1# (or more) salmon steaks with or without skin Coconut oil as required Olive oil as required Butter as required Philadelphia cooking creme, Italian Cheese and Herb (warmed) Favorite cajun or creole seasoning Melt coconut oil in broiler pan sized to salmon Coat salmon with olive oil and season with cajun or creole seasoning Melt the butter Coat salmon with melted butter and place in broiling tray Place in broiler A few minutes before it's done (beginning to brown), remove and coat with remaining melted butter and cooking creme, returning to broiler to lightly crisp Serve with baked potato split with some butter or Country Crock and remaining (warmed) cooking creme and cut green beans.
