Menong's 100 Good Cookies.... Source: Janet Hill 1 C granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 C brown sugar 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 C margarine 1 C rice crispies 1 C oil 1 C quick oats 1 egg 3-1/2 C flour 3/4 tsp salt 1 C butterscotch chips (can substitute any flavor chip) 1 tsp soda Mix ingredients in the order given. Drop by teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
