Will of James Darlington Mixson (1848)

Below is the last will and testament of James Darlington Mixson
(at least as pertaining to disposition of cattle and care of Aunt Alice
and Aunt Lois).
I read it: "...
Know all men by these presents,that I J.D.Mixson
of Marion County, Florida, of sound mind and disposing
memory,do make this my last will and testament,as to
my stock of cattle,or the stock of cattle which I shall
own and possess at the time of my death.
   It is my will that my son Maxey Mixon (sic),shall have
charge of the said cattle and take care of them,that my
two sons James G.Mixson and Jobe (sic) S.Mixson,shall use the
proceds (sic) and moneys derived from said stock of cattle for
the use and benefit of Allice (sic) Gertrude Mixson, and Lois
Rachel Mixson,so long as they shall remain single and that
when(e) either of said girls get married one or both of
them that the one getting married shall not thereafter
share in the said profits or proceeds of the said stock of
cattle, and when both of them shall be married then and in
that event and at that time,the cattle shall be come the
property of the estate and be devided (sic) between all of my
children,equally they and each of them to share and share
 alike,the meaning of this is to provide a mode of a safe
lively hood (sic) for my two daughters during the time they re-
main single,and when they are both married than all of my
heirs shall devide the staock (sic) of cattle equally among all
of the(m) Witness my hand and seal xx this 12th day of
