Note: Some records show John to have been the son of Micha Mixon (sic) and Mary Russell. Others show Lydia Williamson. However, Mary Russell is indicated to be the wife of John, IV, Michael's father. Another however...John, IV's wife is shown in some records to have been "Joyce". It is debateable there was a second wife of Michael and the later children are hers.
