Barbara Ann (née Conrad) Feaster (1936)
Obituary

Barbara Ann Feaster, age 85 of Micanopy, FL passed away at home on October 14, 2021,

surrounded by her loved ones. A native of Plant City, Florida, she was the daughter

of the late Barnes & Ethel Conrad.

Barbara is survived by her 5 children Hal (Kim) Feaster, Ken (Carol) Feaster, Beau

(Angel) Feaster, Rusty (Laura Ann) Feaster and Janie Feaster, 15 grandchildren, 19

great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. Barbara was preceded in death

by her loving husband Fred Feaster and sister Martha Hodge.

Barbara touched so many lives, if you had the privilege of knowing her, your life was

blessed for it. Her love, faith, and relationship with the Lord was the foundation

of who she was and how she lived her life. Barbara never met a stranger, or a challenge

she backed done from, she never closed her doors or heart to anyone in need.

She was the definition of a true Southern Lady. Barbara was proud, graceful, beautiful,

kind, loving, an amazing cook, a master gardener, and could work any man under the

table. She could handle a shotgun with ease, she was tough as nails, an amazing storyteller.

She loved to sing and dance, loved to entertain, always looked like a million bucks. She

was the heart and soul of her family, and she loved her family with a fierce devotion.

She will be laid to rest at 3:00 pm on Saturday October 23, 2021, at Shiloh United Methodist

Church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Hospice of Marion County

in her name.
